Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional design partners to translate complex aesthetic concepts into technically precise factory patterns.
- Spearhead comprehensive fit sessions and author detailed technical comments to optimize garment construction and sizing consistency.
- Engineer comprehensive digital tech packs, including precise measurement specifications and graphic placements, to ensure seamless vendor execution.
- Drive end-to-end omnichannel product commercialization by resolving complex manufacturing challenges prior to factory production.
- 8 years of dedicated expertise in technical pattern design specifically tailored for factory production and manufacturing.
- Mastery of heavy and structured lifestyle materials, including hardwovens, denim, twill, and fixed waistbands.
- Proven track record of leveraging advanced digital prototyping software, specifically PCX and CLO 3D.
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Technical Design, or an equivalent demonstration of mastery in lifestyle garment engineering.
