Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert with an eagle eye for detail? A leader in the pharma space is seeking a Marketing Automation QA Specialist to join our Digital Lab. In this role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring our high-complexity omnichannel 1:1 marketing programs are executed flawlessly. You will play an integral part in building world-class customer journeys by performing technical and functional QA on everything from creative builds and SQL queries to complex automation and journey logic.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rigorous QA checks and documentation on high-complexity omnichannel campaigns, ensuring all elements (creative, automations, queries, and journeys) function perfectly.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time, and error-free implementation within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Create and maintain standard quality control documents, ensuring strict adherence to department management policies.
- Identify gaps in QA processes and implement innovative improvements to raise the bar for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in agile delivery activities and provide regular project updates and risk assessments to the Associate Director.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-4 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, or 1:1 marketing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in either campaign build or technical QA.
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML/CSS, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logic and infer actionable learnings.
