This role sits within the Corporate Affairs & Engagement team, focusing on driving internal communication strategies and high-quality editorial content for a workforce of over 12,000 employees. Responsibilities:
Employee Messaging & Channel Management
- Execute U.S. employee-focused communications across all internal platforms, including the corporate intranet, email distributions, and digital signage.
- Manage a comprehensive shared editorial calendar to track and align employee-wide communications.
- Serve as the primary editor for employee-facing content, collaborating across departments to ensure storytelling alignment and brand consistency.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to produce editorially-driven content within the onsite broadcast studio.
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications through engagement metrics and surveys; utilize 360-degree feedback to evolve the communication strategy.
- Support the localized implementation of global internal initiatives, tailoring messaging to ensure high adoption rates within the U.S. business audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with communication partners and key internal stakeholders to identify multi-channel storytelling opportunities.
- Ensure consistency in messaging by collaborating closely with the broader Corporate Affairs & Engagement team.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience in a fast-paced content production or corporate communications environment.
- Industry Background: Direct experience within the beauty, retail, or cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with video storyboarding, scripting, and editorial production direction.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with speed and accuracy.
