We are looking for a sharp, efficient, and highly organized Production Copywriter to join our creative team for a 7-8 month full-time contract.
In this role, you will be the engine of our day-to-day creative output. While our senior copywriters focus on high-level conceptual brand campaigns, you will own the high-volume execution of CRM and paid media assets. This is a fast-paced role perfect for a writer who loves the "puzzle" of short-form copy and thrives on delivering high-quality work at scale
Must be local to Irving, TX to be able to be onsite for onboaerding on day one and then occasionally for team meetings. Other wise all remote.

Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, compelling, and persuasive copy.
- Focusing primarily on short-form content.
- Be an advocate for authentic customer messaging that is also coherent, e.g. good grammar, spellings and consistent with the AP Style Guide.
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to gather necessary product information.
- Partner with the marketing and products teams to produce marketing materials.
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the creative team to foster new ideas and customer-centric strategies.
- Meet project deadlines and balance multiple projects at once.
- Experience: 2-5 years of copywriting experience, ideally with an agency background where you've mastered the art of juggling multiple clients and deadlines.
- Short-Form Mastery: A portfolio that showcases punchy, effective short-form work (emails, social ads, banners) and an ability to adapt to a specific brand voice.
- Tone Expert: You can write for a youthful audience without sounding like you're "trying too hard." The voice is relevant and modern, yet remains accessible to a broad demographic and avoids "salesy" clichés.
- Tech Savvy: * Workfront: Experience with this (or similar project management tools) is essential.
- Figma: Familiarity with Figma (specifically for CRM workflows) is a big plus.
