The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobile technology, including both hardware and software components, and will be adept at using hand tools and equipment for repairs.

Duties

• Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware malfunctions and software problems.
• Perform repairs on various mobile phone models, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to carry out repairs effectively.
• Troubleshoot software issues across multiple operating systems, including iOS.
• Provide field service support to customers as needed.
• Assist in retail sales by providing knowledgeable recommendations on mobile devices and accessories.
• Analyze device performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions to ensure excellent service continuity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair is essential.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and computer hardware is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with iOS operating systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to solder components as needed for repairs is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively and efficiently.
