What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Clerk – Cell Phone Repair position at Cell Phone Repair - Davison?
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-friendly person to join our team three or four days a week. The weekdays are someone flexible but the hours are 11AM to 7PM. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people. While prior cell phone/tech knowledge is a plus, it is not required—we’re happy to train the right person. This is an entry level position but with room for advancement.
In addition this person may from time to assist in other projects including computer/network install and support work, cameras, and door access systems.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in-store
* Answer phone calls and schedule repair appointments
* Handle sales of accessories
* Check in/out devices for repair
* Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
* Assist technicians with basic tasks when needed
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Basic computer and cash register knowledge
* Dependable and punctual
* Willingness to learn about phones and technology
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
