What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Cell Phone Repair?
CPR is looking for a dependable part-time employee to join our team, working up to 32 hours per week although full time is an option once training is complete.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing front desk operations
- Assisting walk-in and phone customers
- Supporting business clients, including occasional travel
- Helping with network cable installations when needed

Requirements
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly
- Computer experience a plus but will train
The primary job role will be to help in the store, assist customers with questions on phones, tablets and computers and write up work orders. We do have some retail sales including devices and accessories, but most transactions are for device repairs.
In addition, we do office computers/network services for business customers, most are local, but some travel will be required. Services will include running cabling, installing cameras and door security systems as well as desktop support. No experience is required but you must have the willingness to learn new skills and the ability to climb ladders and carry equipment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
