Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wilmington, DE for a Laboratory & Program Manager professional. The candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide lab and program operations at Cell BioEngines, ensuring disciplined execution across portfolio management, program delivery, laboratory operations, financial oversight, and strategic alliances. The candidate will drive operational scalability, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment to advance company's cell therapy pipeline efficiently through clinical readiness. This role will establish governance frameworks, optimize external partnerships Example: CRO, CDMO, Non-Profit, and Govt., strengthen organizational infrastructure, and embed KPI-driven accountability to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Laboratory Equipment usage and maintenance
- Strong Laboratory Skills including sample preparation and handling
- Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices and procedures
- Experience in Laboratory Medicine and related regulatory standards
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting or biotech industry is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
