Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Implementation Coordinator to join our team and take a leading role in the successful implementation of Celerity Software. As the primary implementation consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients. To be a good fit in this role, you should understand the fundamentals of cloud architecture (preferably AWS), have experience with SaaS solutions, and have experience processing and mapping EDI data.
Duties
- Implementation Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, guiding them through the on-boarding process and ensuring successful adoption of our software.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each implementation, including configuration details, customizations, and client-specific requirements.
- Cloud Fundamentals: Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of a cloud environment, to effectively implement and troubleshoot our SaaS solution.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Utilize your expertise in EDI and JSON formats to build data maps that can be passed to the development team for transformation.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the on-boarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a smaller team in a dynamic startup environment, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve collective goals.
- Handoff to Account Manager: Successfully hand off completed implementations to the Account Manager, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary documentation and insights.
Experience
Education: College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent considered with industry-specific experience.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of cloud hosted software solutions, specifically AWS
- At least two years of experience implementing software solutions
- Familiarity with EDI and JSON formats and structures
- Experience working in Jira or similar ticketing applications
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Process-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on driving and implementing process improvements.
Client-Focused: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to ensuring a positive client experience.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
