Entry Level Position
Hours: Monday through Friday. Several schedules: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities
As a Childcare Floater you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
- Assist all Teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom and school environment for children, parents & visitors.
- Assist in implementing lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
- Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
- Assist in supervising children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
- Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom and school environment are appropriately maintained.
- Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
Signing bonus: $500 after 90 days.
