**Childcare Provider** **Duties:** - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Supervise and engage children in play, learning, and socialization - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Change diapers and assist with potty training - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day **Skills:** - First aid certification to ensure the safety and well-being of children - Experience in a preschool or classroom setting, understanding of early childhood development - Strong caregiving skills, including the ability to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of children - Knowledge of behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in children - Experience working with infants, toddlers, and older children - Ability to create a stimulating and educational environment for children - Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents - Previous babysitting or childcare experience is preferred If you are passionate about working with children and providing a nurturing environment for their growth and development, we would love to hear from you.
