What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Hire, supervise, and develop a talented team of educators.
• Engage with Community: Network within the community to recruit new families and achieve enrollment goals.

• Maintain Excellence: Keep our school clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (associate degree in early childhood education with related experience may be considered)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a licensed childcare center with management experience
• Skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and comprehensive knowledge of CCA licensing requirements
• Training: Completion of (or ability to complete within 6 months with waiver) all required MSDE administrative, communication, and child development training. This includes 45 clock hours of Child Development, Curriculum Planning, Administrative Training, Infant/Toddler Training; 9 clock hours of training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public; 3 clock hours OCC conducted regulation training
