Solutions Architect – ServiceNow ITOM & CMDBW2 ContractHybrid (3 days on site 2 days remote)We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead and improve our ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities. This role designs scalable solutions, ensures strong data quality, and guides teams in delivering reliable and well-architected ServiceNow outcomes.What You’ll DoLead the design and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB across the enterprise.Architect scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance.Define and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships aligning to CSDM and ITIL.Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.Configure and optimize Discovery schedules, probes, and sensors to improve CI accuracy.Create architecture standards, diagrams, and reusable templates.Provide technical leadership, mentoring developers and admins.Support project delivery and production operations as the domain expert.Ensure solutions are production-ready, secure, maintainable, and aligned with EA standards.Monitor production systems, perform health checks, and identify improvements.Collaborate with enterprise architects, project teams, and business stakeholders.Lead POCs and R&D efforts to evaluate new technologies.Provide estimates, planning input, and support throughout the project lifecycle.Stay current on ITOM/CMDB best practices and emerging technologies.Must-Have Skills10 years in enterprise architecture or platform engineering.5 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.Deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance.Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP) and scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).Solid understanding of ITIL and alignment with CSDM.Strong background in enterprise architecture and large-scale system integrations.Strong understanding of relational data models and data structures.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with data warehousing tools, J2EE servers, TIBCO, and Informatica.Knowledge of SOA, ESB, JMS, XML, and other integration technologies.ITIL v3 certification.#ZR#INDGEN
Salary : $86,100 - $124,300
