Key Responsibilities
- Analyze infrastructure demand and utilization trends across cloud and data center environments.
- Build and maintain capacity forecasts for compute, storage, network, and virtualization platforms.
- Develop automated reporting, dashboards, alerts, and data models.
- Create forecasting tools used for infrastructure planning and procurement decisions.
- Partner with infrastructure teams to understand future growth requirements.
- Identify utilization risks and provide recommendations for capacity expansion.
- Support budgeting, infrastructure planning, and long-range forecasting initiatives.
- Present capacity data and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Capacity planning and forecasting experience
- Strong Excel skills including complex modeling
- SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Python for automation and analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Experience analyzing utilization, growth, performance, or infrastructure metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
