Pay: $55/hour benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k match)
Type: W2 contract (6–12 months) with potential extension or conversion
Seeking a Project Manager to support technology capital initiatives, with a focus on business case development, budgeting, and project tracking. This role partners closely with finance, technology, and sourcing teams to drive planning, execution, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine business cases for technology initiatives
- Analyze requests, estimate costs, and assess financial impact
- Lead budget planning and track actuals vs. forecast, identifying variances
- Monitor project portfolio (milestones, spend, forecasts)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, technology, sourcing, contracts)
- Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and escalate risks/issues
- Support Agile execution and ongoing process improvements
- Prepare documentation and executive-ready reporting
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Financial background with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and project tracking
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel required)
