This role partners closely with adjudicators, compliance partners, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to support case management activities, maintain workflow efficiency, and contribute to a positive candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for drug and background screening case management activities.
- Monitor and manage assigned ticket queues, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
- Support adjudicators by completing case-related administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes within designated case management systems.
- Assist with workflow coordination and queue management initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify aging cases and support efforts to reduce backlog and improve turnaround times.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progression.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders regarding case status and next steps.
- Follow established procedures and compliance requirements when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Assist with process documentation, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete all assigned training and maintain knowledge of applicable policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, HR support, customer service, or case management environments.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume workload environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting Operations functions.
- Exposure to compliance, risk management, or regulated business processes.
- Background screening, onboarding, or employee lifecycle support experience.
- Experience using case management, ticketing, or workflow management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, HRIS platforms).
- Experience handling confidential employee or candidate information.
