Customer Service Representative
- Location: Coraopolis, PA (On-Site)
- Contract: W2 only, 6 month contract with high potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
- Pay: $16.50 /hour optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume, fast-paced customer support center. This is a frontline role responsible for assisting customers (“Athletes”) with orders, product questions, and issue resolution while delivering a strong brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to orders, products, promotions, and services
- Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the purchasing process
- Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations
- Resolve customer issues end-to-end, ensuring full ownership through resolution
- Build rapport with customers and maintain strong brand loyalty
- Document interactions and follow internal service guidelines
- Required Skills
- 0–2 years of customer service, retail, or call center experience
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Retail, hospitality, or call center experience
- Experience handling customer complaints or escalations
- Familiarity with order entry or CRM systems
