The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include leading and developing team members, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and driving customer satisfaction. The General Manager will monitor financial performance, implement strategies for growth, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Monaca, PA, requiring hands-on leadership and operational expertise.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
• Proficiency in operational planning, financial management, and achieving profit and loss objectives.
• Experience in customer service and hospitality to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as industry-specific standards.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills to handle multi-faceted tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in quick-service or foodservice management is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Monaca, PA, with flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
