What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Director position at Cedartown Foods?
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Director to lead the facilities function across our multi‑unit restaurant organization. This role oversees our Facilities team, drives repair & maintenance strategy, manages vendor partnerships, and ensures our restaurants operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with brand and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Lead:
• Company‑wide facilities strategy, standards, and processes
• Repair & maintenance operations, preventative maintenance, and emergency response
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance oversight
• Facilities budgeting, spending, warranties, and asset tracking
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership
• Facilities support for acquisitions, special projects, and equipment initiatives
What You Bring:
• 8 years of progressive facilities/R&M experience
• 3 years leading facilities teams, vendors, or technicians
• Restaurant industry experience required; QSR multi‑unit strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of building systems, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and analytical skills
• Experience with tools like ServiceChannel, Monday.com, or Restaurant365
