ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

As an Accounting Associate, you’ll be a vital team member who processes financial transactions, accounts payable, expense reports, and/or payroll for a group of clients.
- Salary: $19-21/hr
- Job class: Can be FT or PT; can be a flexible, hybrid schedule during business hours, M-F

Responsibilities
- Financial transactions. Process financial transactions, follow client processes and control policies, respond to client questions, and research solutions to client problems.
- Accounts payable. Prepare and processes multi-client invoices and wire transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Expense reporting. Process multi-client expense reports, and export payment information to the general ledgers.
- Payroll. Process multi-client payrolls in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain client data.
- Teamwork. Assist in client onboarding, maintain client relationships, train and support other team members, and provide backup coverage to other Accounting Associates.
