Our Fayetteville office has a growing volume of records, reports, and project information that needs to be entered and checked correctly. We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to help keep that information accurate, current, and easy for the team to access.
This is structured office work with clear daily priorities. You will receive instructions from project and administrative colleagues, complete updates, check your work, and raise questions when information is missing or inconsistent.
The records you will handle
- Enter information from forms and internal documents.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and CRM records.
- Review names, dates, figures, and reference numbers.
- Compare source documents with existing system information.
- Correct straightforward errors following company procedures.
- Organize completed files in the appropriate digital folders.
- Track documents that are incomplete or awaiting approval.
- Prepare simple data summaries for managers and project teams.
The Data Entry Clerk will work with consultants, project teams, administrative colleagues, and managers. Some information may relate to customer records, system implementations, data migration, or internal reporting, but technical knowledge is not required.
Accuracy is more important than rushing. The position will suit someone who can concentrate on routine work, follow written instructions, and remain consistent throughout the day. Confidence using a keyboard, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software will be useful.
Paid onboarding will cover the company’s databases, document standards, filing process, and procedures for reporting errors. A college degree is not required.
