Community Relations Coordinator

Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a Full-time Community Relations Coordinator!Entry-level marketing role (Clerical Specialist Specification) at Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab - a CMS 5-Star, Lehigh County-owned facility. Represent us internally/externally through outreach, marketing, data tracking, and clerical support.Key Responsibilities:Represent Cedarbrook at fairs, expos, and community events.Build partnerships with healthcare providers, senior groups, and diverse Lehigh Valley communities.Create marketing materials and secure media for events.Plan open houses, family nights, and other events.Help manage social media, website updates, and new resident welcomes.Conduct satisfaction surveys and ensure room readiness.Track outreach and marketing data and report to leadership.Support Admissions and Receptionist relief duties as needed.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written are required, with an ability to work collaboratively across the departments of the nursing homes.Knowledge of and ability to connect to the different communities in the Lehigh Valley.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and survey tools are required; familiarity with customer relationship software tools a plus.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsDegree in Marketing/Hospitality/Communications1–3 years marketing experience; healthcare/senior living a plus Other combinations of education and experience may be considered by Cedarbrook.Valid driver's license; flexible for occasional evenings/weekends.Strong communication, organization, social media, and Microsoft Office skills.Home office is Cedarbrook Allentown during normal business hours. Required to have a drivers license to regularly travel to Cedarbrook Fountain Hill, community events, referral sources and other locations as directed.
