About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about evidence-based medicine? We’re looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (ARNP, FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic healthcare team, serving patients at our Family Medicine office in Waterloo.
What You’ll Do
- Provide routine and acute care visits, wellness exams, and chronic disease management.
- Diagnose and treat common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and lipid imbalances.
- Order and interpret labs and imaging and prescribe medications when indicated.
- Emphasize preventive care and health education.
- Maintain continuity of care across clinic settings.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Iowa license and national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- Experience: 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, diagnostic, and patient engagement abilities. Proficiency with EHR systems and teamwork mindset essential.
