We are looking for an onsite administrative assistant and bookkeeper to help us with multiple businesses. My husband has a landscaping company that needs help with estimates, invoices, payroll and job costing. We are also looking to expand with new services and we need an administrative assistant to help with the expansion.I have a bookkeeping business that needs help with answering emails and bookkeeping related tasks with QuickBooks. My busy season starts in January and I need help staying organized and on task.Qualifications:Previous experience in accounting and bookkeepingAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedProficiency with these software: Microsoft Word and Excel, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.We run these businesses out of our home in North Longmont. This position requires work onsite at our house. This position is part time to start. If you become full time, we offer health insurance and 401(k) through Colorado SecureSavings.
