Cedar's Foods is hiring 3rd Shift CIP Operators!
Join a growing team where you'll play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our production equipment to help ensure food safety and quality.
Shift:
- 3rd Shift
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in installments to eligible new hires*)
What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize production equipment using Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning.
- Operate and inspect CIP equipment and related sanitation systems.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, ceilings, tanks, and production areas.
- Complete required sanitation documentation and production records.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and sanitation procedures.
- Report equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, sanitation, or food production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and complete basic production documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be dependable with good attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and climb throughout the shift.
- Work in wet and refrigerated environments.
- Comfortable working around food-grade cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
