Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing at our Renton, WA location. The Director of Nursing will oversee all aspects of nursing care, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, developing care plans, integrating infection control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care to residents, fostering a supportive work environment, and driving operational excellence in post-acute care services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Nursing Management, including staff supervision and administrative leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Infection Control protocols and practices
- Background in Medicine and Nursing, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
- Experience in high-volume, fast paced Skilled Nursing Care, including creating and implementing effective care plans, managing complex skilled needs, oversight of MDS, etc

- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting is advantageous
