Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture cohesive nursing teams through mentorship and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain lean operational systems to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to elevate quality assurance and safety standards.
- Provide compassionate and expert nursing care to medically complex patients.
- Exercise a high degree of independence and autonomy in making critical decisions that consider professional liability risks.
- Implement long-term solutions for continuous improvement in operations, nursing practices, and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, CHAP accreditation standards, and contractual obligations of the organization.
- Update or initiate new policies and procedures as required to maintain compliance and enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, ideally as a Director of Nursing or Director of Clinical Services.
- Strong operational background with a track record of implementing effective systems. Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and patient care.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
