Responsibilities:
-Customer Service
- Perform carpentry work including framing, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans to determine dimensions and materials required.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, steel, concrete, or other materials.
- Install flooring, drywall, siding, and other finishing materials.
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools or power tools.
- Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in various carpentry skills such as flooring installation, concrete forming, drywall installation, and siding installation.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
