CRBT is looking to add a Teller Supervisor to their 1st Avenue team. This position acts as a working supervisor, responsible for performing daily teller functions, as well as supervising and coaching teller staff. Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all the Bank's products and services to determine which best meet the customer's financial needs. This position is also responsible for the successful promotion of bank products and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to fulfill all functions of Universal Teller.
• Distribute, monitor and expedite workflow to meet deadlines; identify and resolve workflow problems.
• Develop, motivate, train, supervise and lead all branch Teller staff.
• Create schedule for staff and inform appropriate individuals when staff is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful supervisory or management experience highly desired.
• Two years' experience in the financial industry required, including teller and personal banker duties.
