Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust is looking to add a Credit Loan Support Manager to their team. The preferred candidate for this position will possess the ability to achieve success as an independent contributor with minimal direct supervision and oversight, as well as a collaborative teammate within CRBT's SFG department, all CRBT internal and external clients and partners, and the CRBT organization as a whole.

The Credit Loan Support Manager is responsible for providing leadership, education, coaching, developing, training, and supervising the Administrative Associate team. Key accountabilities include directing activities involving loan closings, documentation, and on-going portfolio client support. This individual is responsible for participating in the hiring process and training new Administrative Associates and will serve as the "in house" subject matter expert on loan-related software applications, and internal processes (Laser Pro, Signature, Nautilus, etc.). This individual is responsible for cultivating, nurturing, investing in, and deepening relationships with internal clients by providing exceptional client service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field highly desired. A minimum of seven to ten years of lending, banking, financial industry, client service working knowledge. Background, experience, and the ability to create value are also strong considerations.
• Ability to use and learn different business tools and technological solutions. Must possess proficient computer skills, ability to perform data entry with a high level of accuracy, ability to use Microsoft 365 products, and provide clear, concise, and professional written communication when needed.
