Summary
We're hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our event marketing and lead generation team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate for garage door upgrades.
Duties
- Engage shoppers in a friendly, professional manner
- Start casual conversations and qualify homeowner interest
- Collect names and contact details for free in-home estimates
- Submit leads accurately via iPad or paper form
- Represent our brand and create a positive first impression
Requirements
- Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers
- Ability to stand and interact for 4–8 hours per shift
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not required)
Work Conditions
- Work inside climate-controlled, high-traffic retail environments
- No hard selling – just friendly conversations
- Flexible schedule
- Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations.
