Cedar Park Group is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a short-term assignment at a rehabilitation and nursing center in Vestal, NY.
Assignment Details
- Mid-May through mid-August
- 30–32 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible within that window)
- Work across 3 nearby buildings (close proximity)
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to a geriatric population
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements
- Active NY Physical Therapist license
- Experience in rehab, SNF, or long-term care preferred
- Ability to work across multiple nearby buildings
