Records Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Compliance

What you’ll do:
This role ensures that Cedar Lake Residences is compliant with regulatory requirements by utilizing an electronic health record system to maintain personnel and waiver records.
- The Records Coordinator must maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Must demonstrate clear attention to detail and possess excellent time management skills.
- Maintains state and federal personnel records to ensure compliance within an electronic health record.
- Creates personnel profile and assigns access to individual records in the electronic health record.
- Conducts and tracks personnel background checks for Federated Transportation certification.
- Conducts and coordinates new hire training with supervisors and directors.
- In collaboration with directors and supervisors, ensures documentation of training and in-service programs.
- Actively serves as an agency representative in state and federal audits.
- Maintains risk management systems.
- Serves as an administrator of the agency’s electronic health record and works closely with the electronic health record company.
- Tracks, collects and maintains safety drills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What sets you apart:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
What your typical schedule looks like:
- Full-time, hourly, 40 hours per week.
