PRN Direct Support Professional - Park Place & Sycamore Run (New Castle & La Grange, KY)
Pay: $17.00/hr (day shift) | $19.00/hr (night shift)
Status: PRN / As Needed
Commitment: Minimum of 3 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)
Training Requirement: Must complete 5 full weekdays of orientation/training in La Grange, KY before starting PRN schedule.

What you’ll do:
The Direct Support Professional provides quality support and care to the Individuals we support; implements specific procedures and programs; coordinates work within the department, as well as other departments; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
- Supporting daily routines and life skills (staffing ratio typically 1:4)
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
- Helping individuals set goals and celebrate progress
- Encouraging community involvement, friendships, and independence
- Providing companionship, supportive listening, and positive engagement
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment and reporting concerns to your supervisor
- Completing any other duties assigned to support the team
What sets you apart:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Kentucky or Indiana Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Preferred Experience
- 1 year Caregiving
