What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Cedar Hills Hospital?
Cedar Hills Outpatient Services is looking for our next Clinical Supervisor!
We provide PHP and IOP level of care services, both in-person and virtually. Providing substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorder treatment. We also offer specialty programs, including our DBT Skills Program and our Women’s Program.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight to the (approximately) 12 clinicians working at our Portland location. This includes training, chart audits, and supervision sessions. The Clinical Supervisor will also facilitate both intake assessments and group therapy coverage as needed for the clinic. Lastly, the Clinical Supervisor will assist with process improvement, operational management, and quality assurance aspects for the clinic.
The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Portland Clinic Director.
Clinical licensure is required.
