Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Art Director role located in Alaska or Hawaii. The Art Director will be responsible for leading creative projects from concept to completion, overseeing branding initiatives, and developing graphic design work to align with client goals. The Art Director will collaborate with a team to produce innovative designs that reflect local culture and drive successful branding strategies while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to lead and oversee visual storytelling and creative processes
- Proficiency in Branding and the development of cohesive brand identities
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design with proficiency in industry-standard software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Juneau, AK and integrate local culture into creative outputs
- Experience in marketing or communications, with a passion for community engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
