We're Looking For:
$15.00 per hour
Worlds of Fun is seeking an individual to join our team and be responsible for overseeing our International students in the park! Position will start in April 2025.
Some specific tasks that an International Student Program Assistant might be responsible for include:
- Responsible for the needs and concerns of Worlds of Fun international ambassadors during the operating season.
- Coordinates with department leadership, bus/van drivers and hotel staff to create weekly travel schedules including to/from work, shopping/bank trips and team social events throughout the season.
- Performs as liaison between international students, HR Manager and department leadership.
- Assists with the onboarding and orientation of international students.
- Helps plan and execute local trips to maximize the experience for students from many different countries.
- May be required to visit the off-site student housing and work with the resident assistant stationed there.
- Receive, process and make recommendations for complaints and issues from the students.
- Schedule will typically be a 40-hour week based on needs of the business and will include both weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Other duties may be assigned.
