JOB OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Architect to join our Green Bay Architectural Team with strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams. You will be part of a client focused culture, contributing to project development, design, and construction services with an experienced team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Development – collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop successful solutions for their current and long-term goals.
- Project Management – assign tasks and schedules to project team members, promote a collaborative work environment, and monitor project progress.
- Project Design/Coordination – develop design and coordinate design teams involving facility assessments, programming, and design efforts for governmental and commercial projects.
- Project Delivery Coordination – lead project delivery alternatives, bidding, negotiations, and contract development.
- Construction Services Coordination - Coordination of contract administration, and construction management efforts for mid to high level complexity projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 10 years architectural experience, with at least 5 years of recent Project Manager experience.
- Experienced in the design and project delivery for governmental, commercial, educational, industrial, and residential projects.
- The ability to work with and lead teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 2 years of previous experience with Revit is preferred.
- Experience in proposal preparation, contract negotiations and client management, with a proven history of leading and winning proposals, is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, graphics, written, and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or experience in lieu of education is required with licensure in Wisconsin; ability to be licensed in other states is preferred.
