NOC Shift: 10:30PM to 06:30AM

- AM Shift: $2.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
- PM Shift: $5.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | $7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
- NOC Shift: $4.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | $6.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities:
As a RN Charge Nurse/Supervisor you will:
?? Lead & Oversee Nursing Staff – Assign CNA duties based on staffing and resident needs to ensure high-quality care.
????? Deliver Compassionate & Skilled Nursing Care – Provide expert medical care while fostering a supportive, home-like environment.
?? Manage Unit Operations – Ensure smooth daily functions for residents ranging from 14 to 65 individuals, depending on household and shift assignment.
? Maintain Nursing Standards – Uphold Cedar Community policies and best practices for resident care.
Qualifications:
? Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
? Valid RN License in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent licensure)
? CPR Certification
? Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills
? Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment While Prioritizing Resident Care
