Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Residential Coordinator to lead and manage our residential groups homes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with residential staff and supervise resident care services, ensuring personalized care plans are effectively implemented and regularly updated
- Oversee compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards to maintain accreditation and quality assurance
- Provide therapy services to residents.
- Facilitate communication with residents’ families, healthcare providers, and community agencies to support comprehensive care delivery
Skills
- 2 years of working with clients in a mental health setting
- 1 year of management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare policy regulations related to assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, retirement homes, and long-term care facilities
- Effective communication skills for engaging residents’ families, team members, and community providers
Pay: From $56,160.00 per year
