**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Career Educator to teach medical assisting and phlebotomy programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging learning environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Teach assigned courses, preparing students for successful careers in medical assisting and phlebotomy.
- Develop and maintain course materials, ensuring they meet departmental standards and accreditation requirements.
- Evaluate student performances, providing constructive feedback and referrals as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare and/or teaching, with expertise in medical assisting, phlebotomy, and related areas.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Aptitude in technology use, including Microsoft Office, email, Canvas, PowerPoint, and social media.
