This role is all about building teams that build our projects. You'll focus on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top field talent (electricians, apprentices, and other construction professionals). You'll be working closely with leaders and crews to understand what great looks like in the field and find the people who make it happen. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is important, along with a strong grasp of the construction and electrical workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for field positions including electricians, apprentices, and skilled labor.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, trade schools, and industry networks.
- Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with field employees, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
- Attend job fairs, community events, and workforce programs to promote career opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Partner with HR to support onboarding, new hire orientations, and workforce integration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide hiring reports as needed.
- Performs other duties as needed to support projects, operations, and the department.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in the construction, electrical, skill trades industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and previous ATS experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Must be bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written).

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Requires mobility within an office environment. Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The employee may be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and bend.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
