Dishwasher-Full Time, Overnights (11p-7a)

This position typically starts at $15 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and fulltime employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

You'll jump into each shift ready to go, showing up on time with a great attitude and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates. In this fastmoving role, you'll keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining spotless work areas, mastering the dish machine, and making sure every plate, glass, and piece of silverware shines. You'll stay active throughout the day-cleaning, organizing, washing, and keeping supplies flowing-while working a flexible schedule that keeps things interesting. From handling pots and pans to keeping the entire kitchen sparkling, you'll be an essential part of the team's rhythm and success.

• Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.

• Must pass the required background check.

• Must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.

• Must obtain required food handlers permit.

• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.

• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills. 

• Prior restaurant/cleaner experience preferred. (6 months-1 year experience)

• Experience working with chemicals. (MSDS)

• Must be able to get along/communicate well with co-workers and work as a team.

• Ability to work in a loud, fastpaced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.

• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

• Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality. 
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift. 
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. 
• Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. 
• Mobility and dexterity to move and pull large heavy objects weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, pull and carry, reach above and below the shoulder while cleaning and stocking restaurants, stockrooms, etc.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Able to tolerate high/low temperatures near kitchen areas.
• Able to use the following chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas: bleach, pine sol, oven cleaner, etc.
• Specific vision abilities required, such as distance vision, color, depth perception, etc.
• Must have the dexterity to grip necessary items. (dishes, mops, glasses, etc.)

• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, readytolearn attitude.

• Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.

• Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and equipment. 

• Maintain a pace of work which allows supplies to be cleaned and put in their proper place which meets business demands. 

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment while preparing tableware for washing, i.e. scrapes plates, pre-soak silverware.

• Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level and thoroughly cleans dishwashing equipment and working areas.                     

• Responsible for handling the removal of garbage and refuse; mopping and sweeping floors; washing walls and ceiling tiles.

• Washes, stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area.     

• Collects all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves.an and sanitize all dishware, glassware and silverware.
