Casino Cleaner-Full Time, Overnights (10pm-6:30am)

This position typically starts at $16 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and fulltime employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

This role is all about bringing great energy to every shift - showing up on time, in uniform, and ready to make the casino shine. You'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and teammates with genuine positivity. Each day brings something new as you keep the casino spotless, from cleaning floors and restrooms to giving slot machines a polished, guestready look. You'll handle spills, trash removal, and occasional biohazard cleanups with confidence and professionalism. • Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.

• Must pass the required background check.

• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. 

• Must be 18 years of age. 

• Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License. 

• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends. 
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred. 

• Knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers and wax preferred

• Ability to work in a loud, fastpaced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.

• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

• Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality. 
• Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more. 
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift. 
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. 
• Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.  
• Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues.
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs and pull or push carts up to 200lbs. 

• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, readytolearn attitude.

• Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.

• Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Cleans all casino areas, including sweeping, picking up trash, vacuuming carpets and wiping surfaces. 
• Cleans restrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, sweeping and mopping floors. 
• Deep cleaning of slot machines and stools and wiping surfaces. 
• Able to use and operate vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning equipment, dustpans and brooms.  
• Vacuums carpet, sweeps and mops tile floors, cleans any spills that occur.
• Clean any bio hazardous materials when it occurs.

• Removes trash from the trash container and place it into the dumpsters

Salary : $16
