We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in conflict management and customer service, along with a solid understanding of property management practices. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction, and effectively managing property maintenance and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities, including scheduling repairs and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Utilize Onesite software for data entry, tracking tenant information, and managing lease agreements.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms for property services.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess conditions and identify necessary maintenance or improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of property management activities, including tenant communications and maintenance requests.
- Stay informed about HUD regulations and ensure compliance with affordable housing guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices and property maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in Onesite or similar property management software is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Experience in legal administrative tasks related to property management is beneficial.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.

Pay: $15.65 - $17.86 per hour
