Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, utilizing logic controllers and Ohmmeters to diagnose problems effectively.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand complex systems and make necessary repairs.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and leadership during projects.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records are kept for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in HVAC is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
