Medical Practice Administrator for Sound Pain Alliance
We are hiring a Medical Practice Administrator to join Sound Pain Alliance, a rapidly
growing network of Interventional pain management clinics in Washington. Join our
administrative team in a fast-paced environment that leads 16 locations with a team of
dedicated business and clinical managers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead with Impact:
- Help oversee 16 locations and providers in partnership with our Chief Executive Officer and physician owners.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Management Team and CEO to shape and drive strategic initiatives that take our operations to the next level.
- People Power: Supervise office managers and their 120 full-time employees and foster a positive, productive work culture.
- Get Things Done: Handle a variety of challenges, from problem-solving to project management, delegation, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What We are Looking For:
Experience Matters:
- At least 5 years in healthcare management and operations.
Expertise:
- Previous experience in pain management related specialty OR 5 years' experience with EClinical Works (ECW) is preferred.
Leadership Skills:
- You're a strong leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-energy environments and loves collaborating with senior leadership.
