Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain recurring reports (e.g., reimbursement and distribution reports)
- Assist in building dashboards for leadership and client visibility
- Track service volume and provider productivity
- Validate data accuracy and support compliance reporting
- Respond to client and internal requests for custom data analysis
- Provide insights to support operational and financial decision-making
- Perform detailed audits to identify payer trends, variances, and revenue improvement opportunities
- Support payer and regulatory reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
- OR 2 years of healthcare data analysis experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience querying large datasets (SQL preferred)
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or other EHR systems
- Experience in interventional pain management or a related specialty
