Food Production Line Lead – Join Our Team!
We’re looking for a reliable, driven Food Production Line Lead to support our Food Production Manager and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, leading by example, and working side-by-side with the team in a fast-paced food production environment.

Role Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: On-site, under USDA inspection
- Role Type: Hands-on Working Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Food Production Manager in overseeing daily food production
- Lead the production team on the floor to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
- Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring associates
- Help ensure compliance with USDA, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Step in to manage production operations in the Manager’s absence
- Assist with physical tasks, including breaking down boxes and moving 50–60 lb food totes
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in food production or manufacturing
- Bilingual or Spanish-Speaker
- Prior leadership or lead/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
