Rodman

Fenstermaker has a full-time opportunity for an entry-level Survey Rodman. The Rodman will provide support to the Party Chief in the daily responsibilities of collecting data with designated equipment. The Rodman will be a champion and leader of our company's core values while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction. 

Some responsibilities include:

• loading required project equipment into truck prior to traveling to the job site
• holding level or prism pole at designated points to assist in determining elevations and laying out stakes
• marking points of measurement with elevation, station number, or other identifying mark
• assisting in measuring distances between points
• placing stakes at designated points and driving them into the ground at the specified elevation
• cutting and clearing brush and trees from line of survey
• probing pipelines by pushing and pulling a probe rod

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Ability to travel - may require overnight stays to support project needs
• Ability to work in the outside elements of the field
• Valid driver's license
